I have tried several products endorsed by Dr. Sinatra and distributed by Healthy Directions and have found them to be a total fraud. The latest product I tried was Advanced Cholesterol Solutions which the advertisement gave "Money Back Guarantee" if Cholesterol level is not reduced after taking for 90 days. I had a cholesterol test taken at the VA at the start of taking the prescribed dose and then a second test after the 90 day period. My cholesterol went up. My doctor then prescribed a statin and warned me to stay away from these types of misleading scams as they can sometimes be dangerous and are not medically proven. I contacted customer service at Healthy Directions and they told me they only consider refund if returned within 90 days. I asked her how could I return within 90 days if I`m supposed to use the product for 90 days to determine its results. I had the blood work done to confirm or deny the products claim and to provide proof of its effectiveness. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOTHING! Don`t waste your money on false claims. The Customer Service rep actually chuckled when I presented my claim.

I've been trying now for over a week to get the "customer service" department to send the products that my 85-year-old mother paid for, to her. They cashed her check, but no product for weeks, and I get the run-around when I call.
I'm beginning to think this company is a scam. I personally don't believe in their wonder-juice-pill claims, but sadly my mother does, and they owe her the product. It shouldn't take this long to correct their mistake. If you believe in the usefulness of these products, consider a different supplier - this company SUCKS.

Loved my time at Healthy Directions. Would have stayed a decade had the recession not caused lay offs within the company. My boss at the time Jack was a model human being and boss. Extremely skilled trainer and director. These bosses are one in a thousand. Under his guidance our department thrived. I don't think I was talented in any way but his ability to motivate, teach and support lead to being seen as talented. He was a rare gift and I truly miss him.
